Who Doesn’t Want to Change Their Lives For The Better?

What is the last good book that you read that you wanted to share it with everyone you know? That book that really made you think and changed your life in some way or many ways.

I love to read and do so daily! It is one of my self care to do’s!

We all need some tips, tricks, motivations or just honestly just a kick in the dupa to get us to make some of those changes in our lives.

Here are some of the best life changing books that I have literally read multiple times. Every time I see some things differently and learn so many things, which is what an amazing book is supposed to do.

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne

This book was one of the world best-selling books and it was a great film as well. It combines literature, religion, science, philosophies and wisdom throughout the centuries.

It is an easy read that you can read multiple times in your life and will get several messages depending on what your needs are and where you are at.

This book will transform your life in all areas such as health, wealth, career, relationships to name a few.

The book is very uplifting and easy read that uses short stories, quotes, comments, knowledge from current and past greats!

I keep it on my coffee table and I pick it up often open to a random page and read for a bit. It always inspires me!


The Empath’s Survival Guide: Life Strategies for Sensitive People by Judith Orloff MD

Do you know the difference between being empathetic and being an empath? I had heard of people being empaths, but really didn’t know exactly what it meant until I read Judith Orloff’s book.

I quickly realized as I was reading, that so many things in my life and way I felt I couldn’t articulate to anyone in my life and Orloff explains it so well.

She goes into the feelings, energy, how to survive being an empath in this fast paced world.

You will be able to identify the types of empaths, tips and tricks on how to survive being an empath, how to find your right job to feed your soul, navigating parenthood and intimate relationships.

It is an amazing resource guide for an empath. It is a must have tool to help you explore and realize your gift.

It’s been a few months now since I read this life changing book and I am still living my miracle morning.

Hal Elrod and Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, bring to us the simple idea of the miracle morning and how it can change your entire day and life.

Hal’s personal story is beyond amazing and inspiring. You will shed a tear or two and want to get up and get moving in your own life.

It wakes you up to have the motivation, energy and focus to take on your day. You will want to pop out of bed and start with your miracle morning and your S.A.V.E.R.S. Read to learn more what those easy critical steps are!

This book had tremendous impact in my life especially the time I read it in my life. Sometimes reading a book is all about perfect timing to affect your life.


Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer and Hay House

I listen to Wayne Dyer several times a week while I am getting ready for work. He is brilliant and his words always reside in me in my life.

This book is no different! Whether you are into Tao or the history of it the messages and the 81 verses of Tao within the book I guarantee you will walk away learning a lot.

Each lesson has a message such as “Living While Letting Go” and each chapter ends with “Doing The Tao Now” which you can practice yourself.

Dr. Wayne Dyer spent a year learning and writing this book so we could experience these messages.

It will realign the way you look at your life, the world, nature and how you interact with it all.


You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay

The legend in self-care and motivation, Louise Hay, best-selling author, is known for her concept you can heal your life if you are willing to do the work.

Her story of childhood rape and abuse and her own battle with cancer where she decided she had to change and heal her life is so inspiring.

Working through past and really wanting to proceed forward and be present in the now. What we put out into the universe is what we will review back. You put the negative out there you will receive more of it.

Our thoughts and actions create our life and experiences. Her book really makes you look at all areas of your life and dig deep into YOU. The focus is about you and changing YOUR life.

I love her work and I actually have read most of her books, listen to her on you tube and there is a great workbook love yourself, heal yourself to supplement the book.


Codependent No More: How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Yourself by Melody Beattie

What is the definition of codependency? Do you take on other people’s problems and make them your own? Forget to take care of your own life?

Melody Beattie book was transforming for me as I had heard of codependency, but didn’t realize that I was one myself.

This book was like a light bulb going off for me in area of work, relationships, friendships and family.

Beattie uses inspiring reality stories, personal reflection, exercises and self-tests throughout the book.

This book is not for someone who doesn’t want to learn more maybe about themselves or someone in their life as Melody gives the facts straight forward, but from a place of knowing and reliability.

This book gives one validation, hope, love, healing and finding the authentic you.

There is an amazing The Codependent No More Workbook to go along with this life changing book.

Take the time to pick this one up and reread again and again as I know the first time I read it I was in brain overload and had mixed feelings, but wanted to heal.
